The connection of my firefox version 3.0.3 through authenticated proxy 
In earlier versions the user was saved, while in today's no, even though it was set in security options.

I think 
"Fixed a problem that prevented the use of saved passwords or saving new password (bug 454708)" does not work well

I think you want http://support.mozilla.com for help (look for the forums). We think this does work so we need more details to distinguish what's happening to you from the various scenarios we've tested. Bug reports are a bad vehicle for that investigation, you need to talk to the support people who have seen lots of variants on this and who can help you unravel some of the ones we have already seen.

This is probably a duplicate of bug 457358, which will be fixed in Firefox 3.0.4.

If you could attach some debugging as described in https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox:Password_Manager_Debugging, that would help verify what your problem is.
