I can't tell whether this is a BMO error, so I'm filing here per instructions. Without JavaScript, bug reports display extra, incorrect information. Steps to reproduce: 1. Turn off JavaScript in Firefox (3.0.3 Windows). 2. Log in to bugzilla.mozilla.org and view any NEW or UNCONFIRMED bug. (I have CANCONFIRM privilege--don't know if that matters.) A dropdown box appears showing the bug as FIXED. This is incorrect but misleading. 3. Turn on JavaScript and reload page. The dropdown box will be gone.
