Show Safari-style progress bar behind URL when Status bar is hidden

If the status bar of the window is hidden, the progress bar should appear behind the URL in the address bar, like in Safari. This would allow the user to see how much of their page has loaded (the spinning icon on corner of the tab/top corner of the window does not indicate the percentage of the page that has loaded).

This is likely to be WONTFIXED, considering bug 167418. You can still get the feature, though, by installing e.g. the Fission extension from <https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1951>.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
