After Apple's latest update Firefox 3 has since failed to automatically fill in password information. It appears that cookies are automatically being deleted when Firefox is quit. However, if Firefox is just closed, then all is fine (if password information has previously been entered).

Always clear private data is NOT ticked.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into website which requires username and password
2. Quit Firefix
3. Go to website from point 1 and you will be told you are not logged in.
Actual Results:
Only able to be logged in until Firefox is quit

Expected Results:
All username and password fields should always be filled in.

This only started to happen after the OSX 10.5.5 update

example site(s)?
Any sites that require username and password entry - for example, www.glbasic.com; www.thinkbroadband.com; www.wikipedia.org
I'm using Firefox 3.0.7 and having the same experience. I always use the "remember me" option and set the cookies to be kept until expire for my email and social networking sites. Always clear private data is also NOT ticked. But since yesterday, the firefox suddenly ask me to insert ID and password for all of those sites. I have tried the same condition in Google Chrome and IE, and they went well. I have already reinstalled firefox but the problem still exist.
