When the window and the bookmark toolbar is in a certain configuration, it is impossible to drag a tab into a folder's subfolder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set your bookmark toolbar so that it shows up.
2. Add a lot of folders to the toolbar.
3. Add two subfolders to the last folder on the toolbar.
4. Resize the window so that at least the last folder on the toolbar (the one with the subfolders) is not readily showing (to see it you will need to click the "more" button).
5. Try to drag that tab into the first subfolder. You will need to hover over the "more" button for a second.
Actual Results:  
The tab is not added to the subfolder. Instead, the next subfolder opens.

Expected Results:  
The tab is successfully added to the subfolder.

I need to append something to Step 4. Instead of this:

... it's this:

You can work around this by opening the Places Library window pane and dragging the tab in to the relevant folder.

A similar bug is how you can't simply drag bookmarks in to the 'bookmark toolbar' item in the bookmark menu ( bug 428411 ).

I can't find a duplicate so I'll test a bit and try and confirm later.

sounds like another dupe of bug 419911, it's hard to drag into popups atm.
