459995 - Remove "Firefox Support Forum" and "Other Firefox Support" from topnav's Support sub-menu on SUMO

Description

The "Firefox Support Forum" and "Other Firefox Support" links in the sub-menu
of the Support item in the top nav has been removed from mozilla.com and should be removed from our templates as well.

To do:

- Remove "Firefox Support Forum" link
- Remove "Other Firefox Support" link
- Rename "Firefox Knowledge Base" to "Firefox Support" (leave the link
unchanged)
- Make sure the already localized templates are also updated

Question concerning the localized template for Spanish...

Is there a reason the Thunderbird link ('Thunderbird Support') for the 'es' template has been translated to 'Asistencia de Firefox'? Or is it safe to assume it is a typo that slipped through?

That must be a typo, yes. It should be the same as "Firefox Support" in Spanish, only "Thunderbird Support" :)

I'm going to bump to back up to 0.8 then and make sure a patch is available before this afternoon.

If anyone has objections, just move it back to 0.9. ;)
