Filed as follow-up for Bug 459500 Comment #1 and Bug 459500 Comment #3.

For all supported platforms we should check what files were shipped with previous Sunbird releases, compare them to the files shipped with Sunbird 1.0 and add them to removed-files.in if they can be removed.
