It will work once with FoxFire but only once. With IE (I hate it) it will work over and over on multiple photos.
I do not normally use IE. I have been a Mozilla fan for years and years. Started with Netscape.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load two or three photos to Costco's photo shop
2. Try to crop one
3. Try to crop another (It will not work.
Actual Results:
Crop Feature fails with FoxFire but when I switched to IE it worked over and over.
Expected Results:
Cropping should work.
If there is anything I can do please let me know.

Summary: They have a cropping feature in their photo service → Costco Photo Center: cropping feature doesn't work in Firefox
Whiteboard: photo shop services
I too am a big fan. But in Firefox 3.6.10, I cannot crop images in Wordpress 3.0.1. This is with the standard image gallery, not a plugin. If I flip the picture, turn it clockwise or counter clockwise, then I can crop it. But just starting out and trying to crop does not work. FF does not show the image size and the crop icon is grayed out. The crop function works fine in IE8, Chrome, and Safari.

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 4 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). Also, ensure you have the most up to date graphics drivers, operating system updates, and plugin versions (flash, java, etc). If you continue to see this issue with the newest Firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
