To deploy new search to khan, and to document procedure - that can be used for subsequent deployment to main tree

will be committing this to trunk branch shortly.
Target Milestone: 0.7.2 → 0.7.3
This is now in r19630. Basically this is the first commit of the search functionality that for now will be accessible only to admins (tiki-newsearch.php and tiki-admin_newsearch.php are the relevant pages). Think of it as an alpha release -- lots of testing and new bugs to file.

Depending on resolution for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=463708#c6, we may have problems testing on support-stage, so we need a solution for that as well.
