Note that it should also weight in the normal polls (vote counts on "Did this article solve a problem you had with Firefox?" and vote % on "Was this article easy to understand?"). Both should be tweakable; preferably yes and no votes should be separate on the first question (e.g. total score = (1.0 * yes votes + 0.75 * no votes) * factor).
