460267 - Can't Re-send Invitation to a Caldav collection event

With any number of attendees asigned to an event on a caldav collection, there is no way to "re-send" the ics information if the event changes.  This behavior seems to be limited to caldav calendars, it works as expected on a local calendar. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a caldav event
2.Add attendees and email ics file
3.Change event info


Expected Results:  
Furthermore, there should be a way to re-send the ics file even if nothing has changed.


Davical 0.9.5.1 was used as the caldav server.
