Fennec behaves oddly, incorrectly cropping and stretching the client area when you resize its window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Resize Fennec at the welcome screen.
2. Mouse over the window client area.
Actual Results:  
Wonky stuff (stretched content, cropped content).

Expected Results:  
Since Fennec is intended for mobile devices, perhaps the window should not be resizable.  That's the "easy" solution of course, making resizing work would be nice but again... not needed for mobile devices.
