460473 - tab button need to work like toolbar buttons

I personally hate* the new tab button:
- website get less space because of the tab bar
- the tab button is in the end of the screen

- i can't change it to the way it was:
since firefox 0.5 i added tab button to the tool bar instead of the home page button (i think it's most convenient and firefox 3.1 need to do the same be default).

so if you think that the new tab bar with the tab button is grate so do it, but at least let the user move the tab button to a different location (like the toolbar).
if you don't do this, this will be the same mistake that microsoft did with office 2007 (users can't change the IU to look like office 2003, so they didn't upgrade).
