wrong support address ? We can not fix mailwasher, we create Thunderbird. Please ask the Mailwasher people for help. Adding an URL in a bug report to mailwasher would be nice. Why are people expect that we know every x application or website ?

Why are people expect that we know every x > application or website ? Sadly, this is common. maybe a section concerning that on the writing guidelines would help (for those who actually read them). Maybe I will file a bug on that.

Mailwasher is a well known program by Firetrust. As you did not known it a quick search on Google would have immediately given you the URL. This is not a mailwasher problem but is associated with the way that shredder is setup on my computer. Mailwasher can open all normal programs such as Thunderbird, Outlook, Oulook express etc. One simply enters the programs name. In any event I have now solved the problem as I have noticed that you have the shredder application hidden (sic) in the Shredder program directory. Giving mailwasher the complete path has worked.
