When content is inside an iframe on a page, and should normally have a scroll bar in a browser, there is no scroll bar that appears, and there doesn't seem to be a way to pan around that content, at least in the Windows build. See the URL example. This occurs whether the content is loaded directly from the HTML, or through JavaScript.
