460639 - Scrollbars appear on embedded SVG after reloading 90% zoomed page

Steps to reproduce problem:
1. Load the above URL
2. Zoom the page out (90%)
3. Reload the page

Actual results: Scrollbars do not appear on initial zoom, but they do appear after the reload.

Expected results: Consistent display of scrollbars (personally I'd go for consistently off, but I'd understand consistently on!) The effect does not appear at 75% or 50% zoom, I guess the sums are easier in that case ;-)

Shouldn't see scrollbars at all. This is a regression from firefox 3.0. Regression range would likely be helpful.

Ok, no problem. This seems to have regressed between 2008-04-08 and 2008-04-10:

I tested on the latest Firefox release(46.0) and latest Nightly build (49.0) using 	http://www.mezzacotta.net page and and I can't reproduce the issue.

Can anyone else reproduce this issue on a current Firefox version? If not we should close the bug as WFM.
