when started the hibernated or sleep machine...the Seamonkey sessions left open
doesn't function. Had to restart it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Send the machine to Hibernate or Sleep while SeaMonkey is open with few tabs
running
2.Start the PC
3.try to refresh the pages which were on or go to a new link
Actual Results:  
The links doesn't work. Display the timeout message

Expected Results:  
should be able to continue browseing the internet...

Tested on a Vista Home Premium and a Vista Ultimate 64bit
