Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Right Click on "Tab toolbar" 2.Marvel at lack of "Undo Close Tab" on the resultant menu 3.Panic 4.Go to History on the File toolbar 5.Look at the resultant menu 6.Observe that "Recently closed tabs" is greyed out 7. Maybe you have add-ons installed that are interfering with this function. I figured out the issue, Tor Button Extension blocks the feature when the compatibility check is disabled. I should have done more troubleshooting before submitting this as a bug. My mistake.

Thanks for reporting back. Resolution=FIXED is only used if there was code checked in to correct the problem. Bugs found in extensions are in most cases invalid Firefox bugs.
