Flags: blocking1.9.1?
Please try to deactivate plugins step by step to identify the probably troublesome.
This is absolutely the result of at least a horked config of RealPlayer, and probably not helping it is a corrupted mimeTypes.rdf.

Josh/Johnny -- what information would be helpful to know, besides plugin paths and versions?
Stephen, so it works in a fresh profile or when moving away the corrupted mimeTypes.rdf? If yes, which entry in that file causes this crash?
It still crashes with a new profile, which points to the RealPlayer installation/config being bad, rather than the mimeTypes.rdf corruption; we still shouldn't crash, but I don't know that many people will have an installation as messed up as this one :-)
So were you able to isolate the file from the given attachment which causes this problem? Does Minefield also crash on other website with content served for RealPlayer, e.g. web radio or others?
It's all content played by Real (so, just invoking/instantiating the Real plugin via Minefield is enough to make it crash).
Ok, so what we are still missing now is the correct version number of your RealPlayer.
One likely problem is that I have both RealPlayer 11.0.0.181 in:

C:\Program Files\Real\RealPlayer (realplay.exe)

and the RealOne player in:

C:\Program Files\Real\RealOne Player (trueplay.exe)
Not a regression, and likely a plugin bug. Not blocking 1.9.1 on this.
Flags: blocking1.9.1? → blocking1.9.1-
Probably related to bug 422290?
Component: Plug-ins → RealPlayer (Real)
Flags: blocking1.9.1-
Product: Core → Plugins
QA Contact: plugins → real-player
Version: Trunk → unspecified
Crash Signature: [@ nsPluginHostImpl::InstantiateFullPagePlugin nppl3260.dll@0x54bb nppl3260.dll@0xc1aa]
Closing old bugs in the Plugins component. We aren't going to track issues in 3rd-party plugins in the Mozilla bug tracker. In addition, support for NPAPI plugins will be removed at the end of this year; for more details see the post at https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2015/10/08/npapi-plugins-in-firefox/

If there is a serious bug in Firefox, it needs to be filed in the "Core" product, "Plug-Ins" component.
