...as this VM has really old kernel, and there's some oddities preventing the VM from running scratchbox successfully. Instead of spending any more time debugging/refreshing this image, its easier & cleaner to just delete this VM and then create a new fresh VM.

ok, VM deleted without any backup. Reassigning to IT, to remove from DNS, and nagios config.

Please move the nagios checks for moz2-linux-slave1 to moz2-linux-slave01, and remove moz2-linux-slave1 from DNS (but leave moz2-linux-slave01). Thanks!
