Using the following builds:
Win: 07_20_08
Mac: 07_19_12
Linux: 07_21_08

Open the attached file. Textarea has attribute values assigned as follows:
rows="5"
cols="5"

Actual result: Five columns and seven rows display.

Another problem is that the 5th and 6th rows are indented. I don't know if this 
is a separate problem - if so, I can file another bug.
