We need to either get rid of these buttons or find a replacement. Please propose UI.

Please consider that Remove Edit,Import,Export,Publish button might not be used in views only. They are useful too regarding the selected task entries in task mode or the selected event entries in unifinder.

Remove and Edit buttons should be available in the views IMO.

But the Import, Export, Publish buttons as well as the Edit and Import buttons should IMO move to the Calendar list.

I talked with christian:

* Export/Import/Subscribe/Publish will go away
* Christian will create a mockup for placing edit/delete buttons

As far as I can see Bug 456379 only changes Lightnings Task Mode. 
What about Lightnings Calendar Mode? 
Hopefully Sunbird will keep the toolbar items?

the mentioned bug also removes the calendar mode toolbar. The toolbar items are all moved into the sunbird specific toolbar files, so they will remain at their original location.
