Since bug 397125 was fixed, all of MDC is served as SSL. That's fine, except the skin puts a padlock icon after https links, which happens to be all internal links now. We should ditch the padlock from the stylesheet.
IT: Please update MDC's skin to revision 19274 in SVN, which corrects this issue.

It is working for me.  The css was probably still cached.
