I didn't get any error on that site, but Firefox does not support ActiveX as it is closed Microsoft technology.
Damian,
Thanks for the quick comment. I am only assuming since I do not understand the reference that is in the pop up windows. I also received the same error on: http://www.cnn.com/ It is always two pop ups as shown in the screenshot. It may not be a Firefox problem but it only appears when using Firefox to browse.
Firefox doesn't use ActiveX at all, this can be caused by either an addon or by a plugin.

Use the Firefox safemode to check the addons.

Marking invalid because this must be either from a plugin or addon.

I was able to locate the problem by doing a web search with the error text string.

This error is created if you are also using Mercury Quality Center. Disabling the "Mozilla ActiveX control and plugin support/Mozilla ActiveX control and plugin module" resolves the error messages. Of course it means you can't use MQC if it is disabled, but I can revert to IE for that specific task.

I located the resolution here: http://www.frihost.com/forums/vt-45057.html

Will this solution be searchable in case someone else is having the same issue?
Thanks for your help!
Greg
It's searchable of course and every Reporter should search before filing a bug....
