Build Identifier:
Bug460934 moved tooltip-label styling should move from popup.css to global.css. We have our own pmstripe/popup.css overriding winstripe/popup.css, but we use winstripe/global.css. Since the styling was not removed in pmstripe/popup.css by Bug460934, we have it now twice.
