I've tagged mozilla/tools/release with RELEASE_AUTOMATION_M12 to pick up the changes in bug 456400 (moving patcher bumping to a separate script stored in hg). Taking this change keeps our utils in sync across the firefox releases, as much as we can anyway.

Please update mozilla/tools/buildbot-configs/automation/production-1.9/master.cfg for this change.

from irc: we're going with RELEASE_AUTOMATION_M11 after all, as nothing significant changed, so not worth moving forward.

I moved the RELEASE_AUTOMATION_M11 tag to rev 1.44 of fx-moz19-bootstrap.cfg, so that the automation picks up the right config.
