They can still use the flash player as a fallback, of course. There's a bug about Air Mozilla (bug 448645), but our other sites have video as well.
We talked about this yesterday and it's something to do along with any Firefox 3.1 work on mozilla.com (again, with appropriate fallbacks to Flash).
