If you send a message with a long attachment ( say 10mgbytes), the "sending" progress bar shows up for a while.
Meanwhile you can't change the text of the email. and that's ok.

yet, at the same time you can still attach new files to the message.
this is strange.
once the email is being sent it should not be possible to attach other stuff to the message. 
actually, it is.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. send a new message (better on a slow line or with a big attachment)
2. while the message is "going out", drag and drop a new attachment to it


Actual Results:  
the attachment is attached to the message. this is strange because meanwhile you are not allowed to change the text of the very same message being sent.

Expected Results:  
thunderbird should not allow people to attach at the very last minute a new file to a mail message that's yet in the "sending out" status.
thunderbird should prompt : your message is already going out, anyway you can halt the process and edit it pressing "halt message delivery".


I think that this is a strange behaviour because otherwise it should be also possible to make "last second" changes to messages actually going out.

Root cause of this bug's issue probably produces phenomenon of "draft saving by auto-save while sending, even after click of Send"(already reported phenomenon).
