the code is ready to be staged.
code is located at svn.m.o/projects/community_store/
community_store/INSTALL.txt should have all the instructions.
basically, create a db, put the info in config.php, and make docroot/uploads/ write-able.
It should svn up on an interval, 10 min or so should be fine, whatever is common.
thanks!

How soon can this be set up? We're on a really short timeline and the sooner we can get the staging server up the sooner we can start QA.

Setup at:
https://community-store.authstage.mozilla.com/
A few notes:
* contrary to the name 'authstage' there is no auth right now, anybody can see the site; do you want me to put it behind LDAP? (or just the admin section?)
* site doesn't seem to have much on it so I'm not sure if it's broken or if I set it up wrong?
* auto-updates every 10 minutes, but SQL changes have to be done manually unless you make an admin page to do it
Let me know what else you need.

Thanks Mark.
It's OK in the open ( no auth needed ). We will need LDAP auth for the admin section (@ docroot/admin/ ), can I put a .htaccess there or would you prefer it in the vhost conf?
You set it up correctly, but the code/template is currently under heavy dev. so it looks broken
I'll let you know when I have any schema updates.

Has to be in vhost conf, as LDAP auth setup includes confidential info (password).

ah, yeah.
also, iirc, there is a firewall between stage and LDAP. reed/mark can you verify? If so, we'll save LDAP for production and use an authfile for stage/dev. Dev environments should require LDAP anyhow.

In order to debug an issue with the Zazzle api, is it possible to view the staging server without https?

Reopening this because the Zazzle API can't pull images from a site that uses https. Is it possible to setup the staging server to not use https?
