I tried opening the browser and it wanted me to submit a crash report. I did that. Then I opened up the browser again and it wanted me to submit a crash report again. Then after I opened the browser again and submitted a crash report again I stopped using the browser.

Looks like a duplicate of bug 445448. Try disabling the Winamp toolbar.

Just starting Firefox in the safemode would be the first step:

Is there something that is not compatible with WinAmp and Firefox that I should know about.
Comment 7•16 years ago
|
||
Not winamp itself but a winamp toolbar for Firefox may cause this.

Why does the site have Firefox under system requirements if it is not compatible
Comment 9•16 years ago

Which site, our site or the winamp site ?

WinAmp. If it says:
System Requirements:
* Internet Explorer or Firefox
* Windows Vista/2000/XP
Then why doesn't it work with Firefox

Did you now tried running Firefox in the Firefox safemode (comment #5) and did that work ?

says:
System Requirements:
* Internet Explorer or Firefox
* Windows Vista/2000/XP
If it doesnt work with it

marking invalid because this is a winamp addon issue.
