For example, when I save http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_CN.aspx as WTS.htm, IFRAME href is WTS_files\coutry.htm. In country.htm, its CSS files are saved as WTS_files\6410.css, which is apparently wrong.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_CN.aspx.
2. CTRL+S or File->Save page as.
3. Examine content of saved pages.
