Dont view left border of table (top table in example)
or border is more thin than should in example variant 3 and 4 with top to down
It occurs when define DOCTYPE. Without it - all ok.
It is realy problem for me.
Please, correct this bug.

Half the table border width of a border-collapse table is considered to
be in the margin area, per CSS 2.1
