If I close that firefox then I have no further interuptions and can use the first opened firefox. It seems like some Adware bug but strange that it is always another site that is opened! Reporter, can you please update to Firefox 3.6.10 or later, create a fresh profile, http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/managing+profiles, and test again.
