It works for me. I get a "Almost done!" page and everything seems fine. Build 2000072108 on Win2k

The error indicated in this bug report is generated by the server, and I doubt the browser (Mozilla) has anything to do with this (server) bug...
I agree, this must have been a temporary server problem. I visited the URL just now and it worked fine. verified worksforme.
