Once bug 461803 and bug 459604 are fixed, we should be able to make use of both of those methods.

Makes use of the methods added in bug 459604 and bug 461803 to avoid the need to scroll the document to click links. This fixes nytimes.com, bug 461846, and most of bug 452286 (we still don't redraw when content scrolls itself, but at least it doesn't mess us up anymore).
