The corresponding menus get cluttered pretty fast when adding additional engines. It would be nice to have the same set of tools we know from organizing our bookmarks - folders, separators and tags - to keep things in order. Reproducible: Always

I think that full-fledged management for search engines like we have for bookmarks would be overkill for the vast majority of users, and best left up to an extension (which should have everything it needs to do this from the search service API). If you have other requests for more specific, small features that would make your life easier, please do file bugs on those individually, but as it is, "implement tags folders and seperators" is WONTFIX.
