When I click a link in an email ,  the broswer opens two  pages of the Home page for Seamonkey. Then both pages will load with what ever the link was for

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open email and click a link in an email or on a webpage

Actual Results:  
when I click any link , two instances of Seamonkey broswer opens

Expected Results:  
I expected only one but I get two broswer windows open everytime I click a link

when I click a link in an email or on a webpage it should only launch one window 
I did not change the theme, it is the original default them

I'm test in new installed Windows XP SP3 and it's open OK.
