Browser chrome output is less than ideal for two reasons. Firstly you have to scroll all the way to the bottom just to see what the result was, secondly it is difficult to skim through the results to spot the actual failures. This patch fixes both by providing the standard test summary at the top and then highlighting failed tests to make them easier to spot.

Embedding the html direct in the xul has a few layout side effects, notably the html doesn't wordwrap, but that is probably in our favour here.
