Details
Running under M17 (10jul2k build "00000000") under Linux, opening a
text file using three slashes with the file protocol makes Mozilla continually
open new windows.
For example, file:///home/awu/test.txt causes this bug, but file://~/test.txt
and file:///home/awu/test.html does not.
Marking worksforme on Linux 2000072113. Reporter: if this still happens to you
on a newer build, please reopen bug.
