Details

When partway down a webpage (so the titlebar has scrolled off the top), and then pull in the control strip or tab area, the titlebar appears, as it should. When you then get rid of the side area, though, the titlebar persists even though you're not at the top of the screen. You can get rid of it by scrolling all the way to the top, and then back down again, but it should disappear when you pull back in so just the content area is visible.
