fallout from bug 379806 - you can't get out of view threads with unread messages in TB, because I'm not setting the view type in SwitchView. Patch upcoming.

I had tried to get rid of all the duplicate calls to CreateDBView, which had been in each case statement, but I neglected to make sure viewType was set correctly.
