I'm unable to reach http://quality.mozilla.org; I get the following error:
"Connection Interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again."
Live HTTP Headers doesn't tell me anything, which makes me think we don't connect to the HTTP server at all -- is it up?

dm-qmo01 had OOM killer messages all over the console. Rebooting.
oremj, any clue on why? should we have nagios monitors on this?

Verified FIXED; if we want Nagios, I'm assuming IT will file a separate bug for that.
