getting the modules working with our php version should fix this... see bug 461268.

This will unfortunately not be an easy fix. We are unable to upgrade the PHP version to 5.2 according to webdev/IT... so I will be creating another temporary Tools page that we can use. Not blocking, but will keep this a P2 so we can fix it soon.
Jay, so it needs a new feature which is included in PHP 5.2?
This is a dup of bug 461268... which is fixed. We *might* run into issues related to the incompatible modules, but I think we're ok now.
http://new.quality.mozilla.org/tools works fine. marking r.fixed on production
