Overflowing comment fields
Opening a blog post or another static page the fields in the comment section are misplaced. I believe they should be displayed in a vertical ordering? Currently they overflow each other. See the screenshot.

This is the same as bug 459730. When a visitor goes to comment on a post, the form fields are not laid out properly.
We need to fix the CSS to make sure they are all placed properly for both visitors and authenticated users.
