When you open the given url the comment form isn't shown at the bottom of the page. If we don't allow comments on static pages we should remove the following parts:

This is a known issue and we do have a workaround.

This only happens with Document Pages.   Since that content type is for static pages that we define/create... there should be no comments or discussion in them.  Therefore  you must disable comments in the edit window.

We can figure out a way to remove the extra text and comment link for this node type in the future, but for now, just make sure to disable comments for Document Pages.

Other node types like blog posts, forum topics, events, projects, etc should have a functional comment/discussion section at the bottom if you enable comments.

If this should now be at http://quality.mozilla.org/documents-home/test-docs/litmus-tutorial it seems to be WFM.
http://quality.mozilla.org/litmus-admin-tutorial is also fixed.
