        save128Aligned( (__m128i*)pd,
                        _mm_adds_epu8( load128Unaligned((__m128i*)ps),
                                       load128Aligned  ((__m128i*)pd)) );
With --disable-optimise VC7.1 doesn't inline load128Aligned so it tries to store the result of load128Aligned into an unaligned temporary using movdqa which causes an access violation at runtime, is this a known bug in VC7.1?
