App forgets maximized state, chooses random positioning

2000-07-24-08 (actually many builds up to this point) On windoze, click the window manager maximize button to make the browser window take up the entire screen. Quit the app and come back. The window is more or less full-screen sized, but it's not positioned properly and the title bar allows me to grab it and drag it around. It should remember the maximized state and restore it whenever I launch.

Then the XUL needs to be written to do that, methinks. To xp-apps...
