Chats are being directed to the Workshop Workgroup when Manually closing the Support Workgroup and leaving the queue open for more chats.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Manually Close the Support Workgroup
2. Open the Workshop Workgroup
3. Chats Start Appearing There
Actual Results:  
Chats Started to appear and eventually the "default" queue appeared.

Expected Results:  
Not Shown The Chats and should have shown in Support Workgroup only then elaving it open.

Do the chats appear in the "Queue Activity" tab when logged into the Workshop workgroup, or do they just pop up?  Also, do the chats disappear from the support workgroup queue when this happens?

What may be happening here is that you end up set available in both workgroups simultaneously.

From that screenshot, it appears that you are logged into both workgroups at the same time.  This bug seems to be that logging out of the workgroup doesn't work; you stay available in the workgroup after logging out.

From what i see here, It seems that when you stay in the Workshop Workgroup for 5 seconds chats start appearing and eventually the default queue will appear manually closed or not without setting available.
