Javascript onload event doesnt work with layer tag.
BUILDS: 2000-07-12-20 tested on Windows 98,Nt,2000,Mac os 8 and 9, and Red Hat
Linux 6.0
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Open the attached testcase
Watch for an alert box.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
An alert box would show up telling you that an ONLOAD event just occured.
ACTUAL RESULTS:
Nothing happens.
