Pressing PageUp/PageDown should focus the same row and column of the next page if possible

You can use the up/down/left/right keys to navigate through the list of previews within the all tabs or ctrl-tab panel. While doing so and pressing PageUp/PageDown always the first preview of the next page is focused. We should try to step one page forward/backward with the focus on the same row and column if possible. If there aren't as many previews on the last page we should focus the last one when PageDown was pressed.
